Wasn't sure where to post this one so thought I'd try here.

I have a large roof lantern in our living room which draws in plenty of gorgeous sunlight. However, it also attracts spiders, webs and insects over time. This is an issue as my dining table is situated below this and it's difficult to reach up there for cleaning. I usually try and get the hoover up there but with limited success.

I was wondering if there is a repellent that I can place up there to minimise this. There is a ledge at the top where I could potentially place the appropriate substance.

Not sure how well this image conveys the actual height. The spot lights are the conventional ceiling height and this is raised further - as seen in image.

Thanks in advance.

I’ve been on top of the dusting, despite the height of the lantern. Was wondering if there was a solution I could place up there

I use this on my infra red cctv cameras that attract insects which in turn attracts spiders and webs. Definitely works.

Wear a mask when you’re spraying it though - the aerosols don’t half get down your throat!
