Keeping me awake...geberit toilet overflowing

Hi guys.
My first time posting on here.

I flushed my toilet approximately 4 hours ago and it's been overflowing ever since. How can I stop this happening.

Check button is not jammed and that the float setting is below the overflow point. Also check the valve is closing.

I'm not an expert in this field but I can safely say the button releases and none of the fill levels have been tampered with. The overflow pipe seems to close ok but the right hand side tower continues to pump water into the tank none stop

Looking at the picture I'd say the float is catching the front wall of the cistern.
