key symbol on Bosch Classixx 6 1200 express washing machine

Hi, it's my first time on here so i hope someone can help. My washing machine is 2yr old and today it refuses to work The key symbol comes up regardless of programme and it will not work. It was used over the weekend with no issues, so i don't know what can be causing it. I have emptied the machine, switched it off at the mains, tried all other programmes - nothing. All ideas much appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Its a child lock anti tamper feature....just try holding the start button in for more than 5 sec (before someone with a brain cell comes along)
