Keyboard swops@ for"

Hi. I just finished upgrading from vista premium to win 7 premium.

All seem's ok (I thinK) But Have a niggling bug on keyboard .. Problem is ; I created wife's account all ok apart from when I press shift and ( @ ) this comes up as ( " ) Seems the apostrophies ( " ) and ( @) seem to swop. I can get the @ by pressing shfit and ( ") which makes (@) appear.


I dont get this on my own account.. all acounts set as administrator.

I've tried making new accounts but all give same result apart from my main account.
Any thoughts ?
Dell p/c keyboard and mouse. have been on dell wbsite but cant even get reply on forum yet>>

Have you mistakenly installed US keyboard settings by default?
