Keylite window on flat roof

I have had a Keylite window installed on a flat roof on a kerb to give it the angle but the window closes as soon as its opened. The window is a centre pivot window.

Does anyone know if there is an adjustment that needs doing after the initial fit to balance the window when opened??

I have same issue with one of my new keylite centre pivot roof windows. Did you ever figure out how to solve this? I need some air in this hot weather!!
