Hi All
Just finished building new extension and now has kitchen in it so i need to decommission the existing kitchen and turn into an office.
I have removed all of the appliances and units etc and now am left with a shell.
There is quite a bit of work to do in there as it would appear that the original use of the room was a pantry so it has a concrete floor (1930's) house which does not look like its level.
My plan at the moment is to remove the existing floor tiles and then level using some sort of compound but there is a load of pipe work and the electrics are all over the place and need a lot of re-doing.
There will be nothing going into the floor (pipe works or electrics) as anything so i was wondering what the best starting point would be - sort out the walls and then the floor or do the floor first?
I am planning on removing as much of the pipework as possible but ultimately this will be studded over and plasterboard put up over it and plastered etc.
