Kitchen door replacement help

Hi I am replacing all the doors on my cabinets and have about 100mm in between the two meeting corner cupboards, baring taking the cupboards off the wall and replacing the panel is there another way round replacement, I have looked at self adhesive covering ( the other half is having high gloss Zurfiz doors). Pic attached, any help appreciated

Fit wider door and use corner hinge to open both as one, no panel required.
