Need a few quotes from builders/advice as well.
What will be the price difference if any between the two drawings? Planning to extend sideways however if I plan to put in a toilet the new kitchen will be quite small. The alternative is to extend the new extension slight out however I need to know if they will be a big price difference

Oh, reason I said yes was I was working on an extension last week and that had a direct toilet from the kitchen, maybe that was wrong.

I hung the internal doors on a kitchen extension a few weeks back, they had a wc room in the kitchen room - i think it's an odd place to have a toilet.
