Kitchen Extractor Through Roof

Is it possible to buy a vent that will allow a cooker extractor to vent through the roof. The roof is slate and it would need to be as unobtrusive as possible.

not sure about slate but im about to send off some tiles to be made into tile vents as such tile vents are not available for this type of tile.
