I have a ignition button that just keeps clicking : is it easy to replace or does it require disassembly and un-installation ?? With the gas line that would mean getting someone in.

Thanks for any helps, it's an AEG must be 15years old.

Cheers for any help.

Easy .....turn the electrical power off.

Remove the pan supports and burners, pull off the control knobs unscrews the small screws around each of the burners, there might be a srew under the front and back control knobs. The burner screws can be siezed even though they're tiny

The stainless steel hotplate should lift off giving you access to everything. Possibly wiring to thd switch with spade connectors .....they should just pull off.

If you post a model no I might be able to get you a part no.
