KITCHEN LIGHT FITMENTS

I have just found this website and it looks promising.

I am trying to find a supplier who can provide me with a replacement surface mounted fluoresecent light fitting. The size is 265mm long and it holds a tube of 6watts. The present fitment carries the identity of "LLD110-6w CE" but I have been unable to get a response from Google from just that information.

Any thoughts anyone ??

What type of light is it - is it one of those linkable ones?

What's the length & dia of the actual tube?

Why does it need to be exactly the same?

I have found the answer to my question !

I contacted a company called QVS Discount Electrical Wholesale and ordered a replacement unit by email. The unit , plus tube , is in the process of being despatched.
It is a linakable unit with a tube OD of 15mm and length of 225mm across the pins.
I found their organisation pretty good .......... so far !

I just googled "6 Watt fluorescent fitting", and came up with hundreds of 'em, including several fittings 266mm long
