Kitchen light switch

You will need a couple of insulated terminal blocks to terminate the redundant Wires for a start !
The earth conductors would connect to the new switch plates earth terminal.
You connect a short bridging wire between the 2 Com terminals.
The permanent live goes into one of the com terminals along with said bridge wire.
The switched lives to each pendant go ( one each )L11 and L21
The unused brown wires go into individual insulated terminal blocks ( or wagos if you have any)
