just turn the taps off

if its a deck mixer the spout is sealed with 2 "o" rings

it will either go to one side and pull out or there is a grub screw at the back

Sorry im new to this. what is the most likley problem to the swivel base leaking and how do i go about fixing it? if i need and o ring is it easy to find one? cheers
