Hi,

I have a hood which is perfectly aligned with the cooker but not centered in the wall (wall between 2 windows). There is 1.5 cm on the left of the hood and 8cm on the right . See picture.

I want to buy a splashback. What width shall I order?

Should it be covering the full width of the wall or should it be the exact width of the hood and installed aligned with the hood?

My problem is in the 1st case, the hood will look even more off center, in the 2nd case the splashback itself will look not centered.

Is there a rule or a way to do it for this type of off center kitchen elements?

Thanks.

Letty
