Hi, I just changed the cartridge and the motion is a bit different there is a double motion you open the lever and the water comes out but about half way it stops unless you pull a little harder and it opens full.
Is this normal ? Or part of an "EU Directive" to save water or something ?!!
It feels like you can use it to limit water use and when you want to fully open you pull a little harder and it opens.
Or ... have I fitted this thing wrong or bought the wrong cartridge ?
