In what way is it falsified?
JohnD had it down as a quote from me,I never posted it, but he has now changed it to the original poster,The quote is not falsified.
The idea that prison doesn't work is utter b*llocks and, like a lot of leftie stuff, defies all logic and common sense.
When in prison, the criminal is not committing any crimes.
If, on release from prison, he commits further crimes, send him back to prison for a longer sentence than the last one. Repeat this if he reoffends on subsequent release. He will eventually either give up crime or be permanently locked up.
And by prison, I don't mean the lowlife social clubs that we know as prisons currently in Britain.

Interesting to see what you think Is the answer Notch?Andy, America tried exactly what you reckon is the solution.....huge levels of incarceration.
Andy, crime in America did not reduce.
Andy you are therefore talking complete and utter bol lox.
Andy, serious question, what is wrong with you, keep repeating the same things despite the fact they are proven wrong.
Im confused.Decriminalise attacking someone with a bladed weapon.
It'll end "knife crime" overnight![]()

The entire US legal system is so bizarre we can't take any pointers from it - something like 60 or 70% of the prison population haven't been on trial yet, and many of those convicted seem to be for not paying fines for minor offences that they could never possibly pay in the first place - its just a whacky country.Look at the biggest experiment in the world on using incarcerstion as a means to reduce crime: America.

But, to the left, he has been criminal-ised, i.e. someone else is responsible for turning him into a criminal and he is forgiven!
Jesus wept.Meanwhile back to the UK, here's two very recent high profile cases of what happens when we start feeling sorry for the wrong people
I love the idea of "decriminalising", it's one of the top 10 loony left ideas. If a man takes a load of drugs and goes on a murdering spree, he is responsible for those crimes. But, to the left, he has been criminal-ised, i.e. someone else is responsible for turning him into a criminal and he is forgiven!
