Knob sheered off!! What can i do?

On the basis that you think glue will work, there's not much point in suggesting you drill a 3mm hole down the spindle and use a screw extractor to turn the valve (anticlockwise) to open it. Something like this : https://www.machinemart.co.uk/p/cht526-12pce-drill-screw-extractor-s/
Glue daint work. What silly nonse thought to use that!! >.>.

What if i drill down into it, put a screw so far in and bend the said screw 90 degree. Then turn that?

How solid would it be? Dont want to screw in n cause a fountain, would look nice though.

Cheers matey!!

Problem with that idea is that the valve spindle needs to be rotated anticlockwise which is the same direction that unscrews your screw. The screw extractors I suggested have a left-hand tapering thread which means that as you try and screw them in the spindle will hopefully be forced to turn anti-clockwise

If you have room to use a junior hacksaw you could try sawing across the top to the valve spindle (and hence possibly the gland nut) to produce a slot deep and strong enough to permit you to get a decent screwdriver to grip. Again, anticlockwise rotation is the direction required to open the valve.

Either wind out stuffing gland to enable access to spindle or replace valve.
It ain't rocket science...if your ass quivers @ the sight of water then call someone in.
