Knock wall down quote

Can anyone give me a rough idea of the time/cost of this:

Knocking down a wall....

• It’s about 3m wide
  It’s sounds hollow when tapped
  It has a solid wall in same position in flat above
  It doesn’t have a wall below it in the cellar
  I’d need party wall agreement (probably)

The actual job will take maybe half a day to prep knock down and remove mess, could knock the wall down in about 30mins easy depending if its studwall or block. Then you have disposal of waste. Much less if studd wall.

Now this complicates matters if indeed your wall is load bearing. Temporary Props, cutting in steels to support, pad stones etc.
