L.P.G. Engineers any corgi guys out there?

Need a matter clarified Re: 2 and 4 bottle regulators. To reply and answer this you MUST be CORGI registered for L.P.G. Central heating.
A 80,00 btu Jaguar (plumb centre) combi has been fitted to a property a 2 bottle regulator with UPSO & OPSO along with two 47kg bottles supplied. The owner of the property has demanded a 4 bottle regulator must be fitted to cope with winter conditions!

L.P.G. does'nt freeze until minus 37 degrees.

Any LPG guys any thoughts.
