Go back to the general Arab reaction when Israel declared itself. Turned it down isn't an accurate description.

Move on to 67 - the annexed Palestine was considerably smaller. Israel ran the Gaza Strip for a while. Now why didn't the security counsel take actions to force Israel to withdraw?

Then think about what as happened since. Would you expect Palestinians to be happy bunnies?

Terrorists - the PLO terrorists reached an agreement that resulted in the PA. What have they achieved? Is it surprising that another group popped up when elections were held in the Gaza Strip? Also others who exist but have no power other than their militants.
