laminate floor in bathroom

going to fit laminate floor in bathroom, would you recomend fitting the loo and pedastel on top or fit it to the floor boards then cut round them.

I fit mine on top - Screwed the toilet pan down through clearance holes in the laminate. Looks fine. Didn't screw down the sink pedestal though (mainly cause I can't get to the screws).
