flooring a bathroom

i'm about to totally re-do a bathroomand the flooring going down will be laminate. Is it ok to lay the floor complete then place the toilet and sink on it rather that cutting the laminate to fit round them?

Most laminate is not suitable for install in a bathroom.

Those that are still risk damage from excessive moisture. You would be much better off laying a sheet vinyl or something like Karndean or Amtico.

Best option would be to install before install of pedestals.
