Laminate floor snapping noise

I have layed laminate floor in my hall, living room & dining room, all layed as recommended, underlay etc on a good flat cement floor.

Problem is 6 months on the heavily used areas, ie the hall is making "snapping, clicking" noises when walked on - it is the newer click flooring, any ideas, I have glued laminate in the garage - its fine & older & much harsher treated.

Is this the glueless snap-on type ? I have read somewhere on this forum they use talcum power and brush it in the joint.
