Laminate flooring at front door

Hi everyone hope you are well, just a quick one, i put down 18mm laminate flooring down 4 years ago and at front door was to high so placed a matt, is there anyway this can be done as would love to have upto the door now,only thing i can think of is lifting the pvc door frame ? Not even sure if thats possible.

I will attatch some pictures and as you will see the wood under the laminate pretty much comes level with bottom of door.
