Hi
New to this so please be patient with me.
We are refurbing our kitchen and laying aqua loc florentine laminate(8mm). Trouble is the cushioned flooring has been glued totally to the concrete beneath. Main question is can we lay combilay straight on top or would the cushioned have to come up?
Thanks for your time in reading this

If the flooring is totally glued to it, I'd say totally leave it!
If it's been there for however long, it's not about to go anywhere just because you've laid a laminate floor on top. ;)

I agree with Johnboy and would like to add something: place a DPM on the existing floor first to prevent 'sweating' from the lino with the laminated floor
