Hi,am looking at laying laminate flooring over parquet flooring that has a concrete sub floor. What kind of underlay would I require? Would a DPM also be needed?

Just some background also, the parquet has been removed and screeded in certain sections due to plumbing and new pipework being laid.
I look forward to any advice.

Kind rgds.

Hi,many thanks for the prompt reply.
The parquet is stuck down with bitumen. Where some of the parquet was removed for the plumbing and laying of pipes ,so was the bitumen, this was then screeded over. Also forgot to mention ,the kitchen area has vinyl tiles, with concrete subfloor. Is it ok to laminate over these?
