Laminate underlay

Hello chaps,

I've got some fibre board underlay to lay down on a screed floor. The screed has been laid on a DPM and the concrete which the screed is on also lays on a DPM.

The fibre board instructions say that when laying on concrete/screed then I must also lay a dpm. Why is this? Given the above, do I need to?

How long has the screed been down? If less then 6 months you will need to put a liquid dpm ontop of it.
