Hi.

We are having our kitchen installed. The worktop was installed and we have noticed that 1 joint is almost perfect (smooth) but the other one when you touch it feels up and down (not a lot but about 1mm). Also looks like little chip at the end. Buidler said that this is a fault of the worktop - the way it was stored. What can I do?

Whoever installed the w/t takes responsibility for: due diligence inspection of the w/t before fitting. If its not right then its not fitted.
