Hi guys,

Does anyone know what land you would need to buy to start a petting zoo - what change of use you would need - could you buy arable land and do it that way?

How would you get permission to start a tourist attraction like that? And add children's play areas/cafe/gift shop etc.

Thanks for help!
 
I think I'd give a petting zoo a ring - although I suspect it would come under D2 or Sui Generis
