Can anyone out there in the Cambridge area tell me what would be a reasonable price for the above cert, hob and boiler on the Milton estate ?

In London we charge £65 for a CP 12.

Sounds like a bargain OP we charge £75 down here!

I would charge £70 + VAT for both these and the certificate.

Ajstone - agree with you about the Lion & Lamb, but I really enjoyed their breakfast !

You cannot edit your user name.

The only way is to cancel it at the end of this thread and
register another spelt correctly.

Or if you email admin@diynot then he could edit it if he felt like it.
