Lath and plaster - asbestos?

Hi all,

Recently purchased a mid terrace that was built pre 1900. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom wall is lath and plaster as is the hall separating the 2nd bedroom from the hallway.

I've recently pulled the wallpaper off the hallway and it seems to of pulled broken plaster off. Just wondering if lath and plaster contains asbestos?

Not sure when the walls would last of been plastered to be honest

It's Horse Hair to bind the lime plaster.
Might give you anthrax (sort of a joke, but can happen in v rare cases), but v unlikely to be asbestos.
If needed, settle your mind by getting an asbestos test.

I knocked a lath and plaster wall down the weekend after reading on here I assumed it wasn't asbestos...but I got it tested anyway and it came back...NADIS (no asbestos found)
