Laying Floor in One Go

Hi, on the weekend i plan to lay our new extension with a Engineered Oak Floor. Room dimensions are 6m x 3.8m and board width is 190mm, the floor is going to be floated over 5mm fibre board and i'd like to know is it possible to lay the whole floor in one day or would i be better to lay half one day and then the remaining half the second day?
