Layout regarding stairs & fire reg's

Hi,

I've already posted in Floors, Stairs and Lofts and am awaiting a call back from the building regs people.

While I'm waiting for the call can anyone see anything wrong with this proposed layout which is what it would be like with the stairs rotated 180 degrees? I'm thinking about access in respect of fire and building reg requirements.

Cheers, Freddy. Is this plan compliant rather the other one I posted because the staircase is now enclosed from the dining room and opens into both ground floor reception rooms via (fire) doors?

Well the point is you can escape either through the living room or the dining room. So if one has a problem the other should provide an exit.
