LBC Fail RCD

If a RCD is protecting a under floor heating system, and it does not trip in less than 40mS when tested for supplementary protection, would this fail a part P test if being tested by LBC???

If it does not trip within 40mS at 5x trip current then it has failed.

Depends on what ma the rcd is rated at.

If it is for supplementary protection then it must be 30mA (or less)
