LDV Pilot brake pump advice please

Hello,

The brake (vacuum?) pump on my Pilot is failing causing the brakes to be stiff and inefficient.

I'm finding it very hard to find a replacement part, apparently you can't buy them new anymore, does anybody know if I can use the pump from a convoy?

Its an 1996, 2.8 diesel engine.

Looking at this advert, it is compatible with a Convoy so I’d say you should be able to use a Convoy pump on your Pilot but check the obvious things first - vacuum pipe to see that it hasn’t collapsed.
