Just trying to get a roofer to come out to our 3 storey house as we have an intermittent leak up on the roof somewhere. Its on the gable end where we have a false chimney and it doesn't seem to happen all of the time - maybe its connected with how heavy the rain is or the direction its coming in from .
One of our neigbours had a problem where there chimney had been installed incorrect - is there anything obviously wrong with the below please ?
Hopefully I can get someone out soon to have a look - its a good 12 metres or so to the top of the roof so definitely one for a professional.
