I have this "traditional" toilet which is leaking where this plastic pipe (between cistern and pan) connects to the pan. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures of the leaking connection and am no where near the property to take any new pics. My next visit to the property is when I will attempt to fix this.

Is there a fitting that I need to replace as I would lie to buy it in advance of my trip?

Sorry for the vagueness and thanks in advance!

If the leak is where the pipe enters the back of the pan ,replace the flush cone rubber seal. ( don't buy the EVA type ,not as good as the rubber IMO). If leak is at the cistern end , check the condition of the seal ,and re new if need be.

Thanks @terryplumb. Yes, it's where it enters the pan. The other end is fine.
Are these Flush Cone Rubber Seals known as anything else? I was hoping to find them at Screwfix/Toolstation or will I need a plumbers merchant for this?

Also, would you know what size I need or a couple of possibilities?

Internal flush cones are one size. S/fix do them in EVA ,which is colourless and fairly rigid they don't do the black rubber ones. Think T/stations are the same. So plumbers merchants would be best bet. B&Q do them , or used to ,but a bit dearer !!
