Leak - Bath/tile/grout

i have noticed a leak on the dining ceiling above the bathroom, and i have sealed around the bath, hoping to cure the problem, but when removed the bath panel and left the shower running in the tiled area where the leaks is, i notice that it is still leaking.
I am dreading its not the tile/grouting, any comments/advice plz.

Did you replace the seal or go over existing?
