My bath mat on the floor outside the bathtub has been soaking wet lately so I did some further investigating and have found a wet spot on the wall. It seems to be in quite a small area only ( wet at top of skirting board in the section closest to the bath) sink and toilet area further along don’t seem to be affected. Any ideas what may be causing this? No one has used the shower/ bath today btw
