Leak from condensate pipe coming out of wall

Still can't believe it's spung a leak. Thought plastic would have been ok.
 
Do you think I cut the pipe and re do connections with solvent.

Were I you, I would cut that pipe 6" down the wall from the elbow, then fit a length of 32mm in place of the pipe you have. So the 32mm fits over the top of your existing pipe - just leaving it unsealed at the top. Then see how you go.

You can always follow it up by replacing the smaller pipe and the two elbows later, with solvent weld items.
