Hi, Don't know if any one can help me, but I need some advice on what could be wrong with my boiler, and if it is easily (and cheaply) fixable.

The boiler is two years old and just come out if its warranty (typical), and has started leaking from the little 'window' in the three way valve. It seems to happen mainly when the heating is on in the evening, though there is always a little puddle underneath the boiler when I get up in the morning when the heating has been off all night. During the day though when the heating is off it doesn't drip at all.

There has been no marked difference in water pressure, and no fault codes.

Any advice gratefully received!

If its "just" out of warranty, have you tried glowworm to see if maybe they'll show some goodwill? It sounds like the DV valve is leaking from the spindle which means a new one. Was the system cleaned/flushed when it was installed?
