Garage roof replaced 3 years ago and just wondering about this. I don't think it's changed in shape or size but any thoughts on if it's mold, a leak or staining? The pitch of the roof would run from the bottom of the picture to the top.
We had a leak there before we replaced the roof and they completely lifted and replaced the OSB boards.
No water inside on anything and doesn't really feel damp to touch. We've had a lot of rainfall today and seems fine. I spotted this maybe a year or two ago but this time took a picture to see if/how it changes. It also stops where the OSB boards change. If it was a leak I might expect it to go to another board further down the pitch.
A few other things in the garage have mold like a chair etc.
