Leaking bathroom heated rail

Total novice. Bathroom heated rail leaking from...... Please see the photo. Have to keep in closed position so can't have radiator on. Any ideas

how to resolve. Many thanks in advance.

1/4 turn radiator valve? Ceramic valves were never designed to handle central heating temps and chemicals. Swap out for a traditional screw down type as suggested. Are you DIY savvy as you will need to de-pressurise the CH system

1\4 turn radiator valve. Will swap for a traditional screw down type. Not particularly DIY savvy but have de-pressurised the CH system once many years ago. Will have a go. Many thanks Cheers Joe
