I have a leak coming in around the windows in my bay window. This part of the house was built about 50/60 years ago using poured concrete. I have identified the location of the leak to be penetrating through the concrete where it is thin at the point that the windows butt up against it. Hope that makes sense. I live in on the coast in the north west highlands of Scotland, so we get quite a bit of wind driven rain battering the bay window.
I have tried giving the concrete some coats of good qualtity masonry paint to see if this will help stop the penetrating rain problem - it hasn't. Is there a product that I can use to prevent the rain getting through?
