Hi just looking for some advice, I've just noticed this mains water feed to the central heating header tank leaking. Could someone advise the best course of action to resolve this issue?

Also it's leaking from thread joint not copper joint before the nut.

Try tightening it. If it doesn't work, turn off your supply, undo the plastic nut and put in a new seal. If you have to do this, then it may be worth putting an isolation valve before the tank connection.

If it’s not a fibre washer that’s needed then it’ll be the thread on the float valve, which would need to be replaced.
