leaking from inlet pipe on toilet

number of ways to do it.

you can always cut that fitting off and fit one of these service valves as they are longer.
then any excess cut off the pipe.

in place of the nut that joins to the thread? Don't really fancy that, lol not very plumbing minded... any type of connector that i could fit to the thread and then attach the metal nut to the other end?

not really without making it to long then.
either way its going to be abit of altering the length of the copper pipe.

the other fitting you can use is one of these.
they are abit more robust.

just noticed that the pipe keeps wiggling is way free from the bracket on the wall, when it does, the pipe gets knocked off line with the thread (its now disconnected from the thread) and leaves the 5-6mm gap height wise, as well as perhaps 2-3mm width wise. pop the pipe back into the holder and it fits almost flush (just a little push up 1mm? to get nut to grip to thread)

Wondering if it is as water is flowing down the pipe, vibrations are knocking it and 'vibrating the connection, causing the minor leak?
