My downstairs toilet cistern has developed a minor leak from one of blue plastic retaining nuts (the smaller one one the water supply side). Can this be repaired ? Is it just a case of undoing the retaining nut - after isloating the cold water supply- and replacing a rubber seal (if there is one) ?

have a look inside their is an o ring.
will it not tighten any more ?
they are only a few quid the complete valve.

They don't look too expensive - I didn't realise. I'll try tightening first though but if that doesn't work i'll replace it. Cheers for your help!
