Leaking tap....

Hi everyone, I've just put a 2nd hand mixer tap on our bath but the hot water feed is leaking from under the bath.
It's seems to be coming from the top of the thread.
Has anyone got any ideas why it's leaking from there?

More likely to be from the tap connector, Mike.....Did you fit a new fibre washer to it?

No I didn't burnerman. It's been a nightmare I wish I never changed them lol.

You need a 22mm fibre washer:
