Does the domed part of the handle seperate from it ,and reveal a screw beneath ?
I assume there are no visible screws around the circumference of the handles ?

I think with this one, a sharp blade will pop the domed part off.....although some do unscrew.
looking at pic 3 in particular!

Maybe it will unscrews apart in either these positions.

Dose it's look like there is a join and it may come apart?
Often flat spot for wrench to grip at any point may give clue to the how it is comes off.

Rubber gloves or stick tape on for grip.
It's difficult without original instructions to the know for sure.

One pic is a completely different tap ,that one is easy to do, the Chrome Cap just prises off, and there is a screw below it.
The one in question is as others have said ,may screw off. Looking at pics I doubt it prises off.

Other option is maybe a lug that you remove and there is a screw inside...
Often I see that as a way to remove tap heads but I think you would of said
