Leaky internal stop cock

Hi everyone,
There is a leaky internal stop cock which has started to drip when turned on or off. Only a few drips. Once open or closed the drips stopped. Just curious to know if this is something to be worried about or not?
What would be the cost to replace it? London prices

I’m guessing it’s the left hand side one? What’s with the blue tape? Easy enough repair to carry out. Either tighten up gland nut, or re-pack the gland, which involves backing it off, wrapping ptfe, or loctite 55 into it, and tighten back up.
